중동 지역의 갈등이 심화되고 호르무즈 해협을 통한 해상 운송에 제한이 발생함에 따라, 

고객님의 화물 안전과 전체 운송 운영의 안정성을 극대화하기 위해, COSCO SHIPPING LINES는 최신 위험 평가 결과를 바탕으로 

관련 노선의 모든 신규 예약 서비스를 즉시 효력 발생으로 중단하기로 결정하였습니다. 

추후 별도 공지가 있을 때까지 적용되며, 중단 서비스 범위는 다음과 같습니다.

1. 전 세계에서 아랍에미리트(UAE, Khor Fakkan 및 Fujairah 제외), 바레인, 이라크, 사우디아라비아(제다 제외), 쿠웨이트로

가는 모든 신규 예약 서비스 중단

2. 아랍에미리트(UAE, Khor Fakkan 및 Fujairah 제외), 카타르, 바레인, 이라크, 사우디아라비아(제다 제외), 쿠웨이트에서

전 세계로 가는 모든 신규 예약 서비스 중단

이미 선적된 화물에 대해서는, 잠재적 비상 양하항 및 기타 관련 사항 확인을 포함한 후속 처리 계획에 대한 종합 평가를 진행 중입니다. 

모든 관련 사항은 COSCO SHIPPING LINES의 선하증권(Bill of Lading) 약관에 따라 엄격히 시행됩니다.

당사는 중동 지역의 상황을 지속적으로 면밀히 모니터링할 예정이며, 

관련 업무의 최신 진행 상황은 공식 웹사이트 및 고객 서비스 채널을 통해 업데이트될 예정입니다.

Subject : Middle East Update – Customer Advisory No2

Dear Customer,

In view of the escalating conflicts in the Middle East region and the resultant restrictions on maritime traffic through the Strait of Hormuz, 

to maximize the safety of your cargo and the stability of overall shipping operations, COSCO SHIPPING LINES has decided, 

based on the latest risk assessment results, to suspend all new bookings services for relevant routes with immediate effect until further 

notice. The scope of the suspended service is as follows:

1、Suspension of all new bookings from worldwide to the 

United Arab Emirates (excluding Khor Fakkan and Fujairah), Bahrain, Iraq, the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (excluding Jeddah), and Kuwait.

2、Suspension of all new bookings from the United Arab Emirates (excluding Khor Fakkan and Fujairah), Qatar, Bahrain, Iraq, 

the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (excluding Jeddah), and Kuwait to worldwide.

For the cargo already on board, we are conducting a comprehensive assessment of the subsequent disposal plans, 

including the research and confirmation of potential contingency discharge ports and other relevant matters. 

All relevant provisions will be strictly implemented in accordance with the Bill of Lading Terms and Conditions of COSCO SHIPPING LINES.

We will continue to closely monitor developments in the Middle East region, 

and latest progress of relevant businesses will be updated through our official website and customer service channels.
